On the nose, this exclusive bottling presents a powerful interplay of earthy peat smoke, a fresh sea breeze, and a subtle note of iodine, behind which the sweet influences of the bourbon cask quickly unfold, such as creamy vanilla custard, fresh shortbread, ripe pears, and bright orchard fruits.

On the palate, the single malt displays a wonderfully oily, dense texture and begins with an intense, warming peat note, carried by a distinct malt sweetness, while sweet vanilla, liquid caramel, and notes of baked apples meld with a delicate herbal spice and a pinch of sea salt.
