This exclusive single malt embodies the rugged elegance of the Speyside coast combined with Mediterranean sweetness. Inchgower's untamed distillery character was allowed to mature for over 14 years in a fresh, first-fill Marsala wine cask. This allows the distillery's signature maritime salt notes and spicy malt aromas to meld deeply with the rich fruit notes of the Sicilian fortified wine. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 60.1% ABV, this rare whisky is completely unadulterated, unchill filtered, and retains its natural, dark amber hue. An intense powerhouse for connoisseurs who appreciate complex contrasts between salinity and rich wine sweetness.

What does Signatory Vintage, Inchgower Cask Strength Collection 2011/2025 taste like?
On the nose, the whisky immediately unfolds an intense bouquet of ripe plums and dark raisins, elegantly underscored by fresh orange zest. At the same time, the typical distillery character emerges with a delicate breeze of salty sea air and heavy forest honey. On the palate, the single malt presents itself with a very powerful attack and a noticeably warming alcohol content. The initial intensity quickly gives way to a rich abundance of preserved dried fruits and sweet figs, accompanied by spicy oak and a hint of cloves. A fine trace of sea salt on the tongue provides an exciting contrast to the rich wine sweetness. The finish is very long and warming, with the mouthfeel becoming noticeably drier. Aromatic tannins linger, along with the sweet notes of Marsala wine and a bittersweet hint of fine dark chocolate.
