The distillery`s flagship, the Islay of Raasay Single Malt, in natural color and not chill-filtered.
Two Isle of Raasay Spirits, peated and unpeated, mature first in Peated American Oak Rye Casks and then in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry Quarter Casks.
Each drop is distilled, aged and bottled on the Isle of Raasay with water from its own well, the Tobar na Ba Bàine (the well of the pale cow).
