Isle of Raasay Distillery aims to revive some of the older Hebridean single malt whiskey styles. This lightly peated single malt whiskey shines with subtle, fragrant smokiness and balanced dark fruit aromas.

The Raasay 6 cask story:
Two Isle of Raasay spirits - peated and unpeated – aged separately in first-fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six distinct casks combine to create a perfect dram with genuine elegance, complexity and depth of character.
Each drop of this delicacy is distilled, aged and bottled on the Isle of Raasay using water from our well: Tobar na Ba Bàine (the Well of the pale cow).
