The distillery`s flagship, Islay of Raasay Single Malt, is bottled natural color and non-chill filtered.
Two Isle of Raasay spirits, peated and unpeated, mature separately in first-fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak - and First Fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
These six casks combine to create a perfect dram, with pure elegance, complexity and depth of character.
Each drop is made on the Isle of Raasay with water from its own well, the Tobar na Ba Bàine (the well of the pale cow), distilled, aged and bottled.
