`Barr an Uisce` is Gaelic for `above the water`.
Only water from Redcross County is used in the whiskey production Wicklow that flows around this village.

The Barr an Uisce 10 Years Old 1803 is a 10 year old single malt which is aged in first-fill bourbon casks and then bottled without chill filtration.
Nose: Notes of vanilla, white chocolate, caramel.
Flavour: Soft, creamy, silky, spicy, tropical fruits, cinnamon, ginger, hint of malt.
Finish: Long lasting, Hints of toasted oak.
