The Ballykeefe Distillery has been a family business for years and is run by the Ging family.
25 years of research were necessary to build a distillery that does justice to Irish whiskey and with all the processes, both environmental and sustainability supported.
For this exceptional moonshine (Irish Poitín), barley is grown on the land of the Ballykeefe Distillery, harvested and distilled in Italian copper pot stills.
Then the unaged whiskey is mixed with well water, and oriental spices are also added still added.

Color: Gold.
Nose: Spicy aromas, caramelized pineapple, cookies.
Flavour: Spicy, warm, Christmas cake, whiskey notes, spices, cinnamon, cloves.
Finish: Long-lasting.
Try this moonshine with ice, a dash of apple juice and a slice of lemon.
