The Ballykeefe Distillery has been a family business for years and is run by the Ging family.
25 years of research were necessary to build a distillery that does justice to Irish whiskey and with all the processes, both environmental and sustainability supported.
This sloe gin is fermented for seven months in the fruits of the hedge thorns, which give it that special flavor and colour.

Nose: Deep plum scents, botanical notes, cinnamon, black currant.
Flavour: thick and soft, pithy fruit, hints of thorn and cassis.
Finish: long-lasting, warming and spicy.
Try this sloe gin served with ice cubes in summer and hot with cloves in winter.
