Nc`:nean Distillery is located on the Morvern Peninsula, in western Scotland. The distillery opened in March 2017 - billing itself as the first organic whiskey distillery.
This is the first limited bottling in the Nc&apos:nean Quiet Rebels range, paying tribute to the team behind the Scottish distillery. `Quite Rebels Annabel` honors founder Annabel Thomas who founded nc`Nean Distillery on her parents` farm on the wild and beautiful peninsula of Morvern. Their mission was to build a distillery that is at the forefront of both innovation and sustainability, bringing together a team of quiet rebels who share the same values. Just a year after the release of our first whisky, Annabel wanted to create a spirit that reflected some of our early taste experiments.

Annabel selected a tasteful combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Tokaji casks, one Hungarian Wine cask that Annabel prefers for the sweet and velvety texture it brings to the whisky. Together they create a richly perfumed spirit with notes of floral almond biscuits, grated coconut and tropical fruits.
