This whiskey is made with three different types of yeast.
The Nc'Nean distillery is located on the Morvern Peninsula, in western Scotland. The distillery opened in March 2017 - it describes itself as the first organic whiskey distillery.
This whiskey is so fruity that it was named after a favorite dessert of the Nc'nean team.
