Nc':nean Distillery is located on the Morvern Peninsula, in western Scotland. The distillery opened in March 2017 - billing itself as the first organic whiskey distillery.
This is the first limited bottling in the Nc&apos:nean Quiet Rebels range, paying tribute to the team behind the Scottish distillery. 'Quite Rebels Annabel' honors founder Annabel Thomas who founded nc'Nean Distillery on her parents' farm on the wild and beautiful peninsula of Morvern. Their mission was to build a distillery that is at the forefront of both innovation and sustainability, bringing together a team of quiet rebels who share the same values. Just a year after the release of our first whisky, Annabel wanted to create a spirit that reflected some of our early taste experiments.

Annabel selected a tasteful combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Tokaji casks, one Hungarian Wine cask that Annabel prefers for the sweet and velvety texture it brings to the whisky. Together they create a richly perfumed spirit with notes of floral almond biscuits, grated coconut and tropical fruits.
