Nc':nean Distillery is located on the Morvern Peninsula, in western Scotland. In March 2017 the Nc&apos:nean distillery was opened - this describes itself as the first organic whiskey distillery.
The Nc nean ORGANIC Single Malt Scotch Whiskey HUNTRESS 2022 is the distillery's first spring release. This whiskey is made with yeast. Nc'Nean uses three different types of yeast, including the Distila Max RM yeast strain. The whiskey is aged for three years in STR red wine and ex-bourbon casks.
The bottling is done without coloring and chill-filtration.
It is a limited edition of 4,447 bottles.

Nose: Fruity, fresh, notes of tropical fruits, honey.
Flavour: Rich, notes of honeycomb, tropical fruits.
Finish: Long lasting.
