With this inaugural release, the family-run Jackton Distillery proudly presents its very first Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Scottish Lowlands. The entire production process—from distillation and years of maturation to bottling—takes place right on-site at the family-owned facility. A defining characteristic of this historic first bottling is the intricate combination of cask types; the spirit was matured in classic bourbon casks as well as three exquisite sherry varieties: Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, and Oloroso. To preserve the whisky's authentic character, the distillery eschews both chill-filtration and artificial coloring, allowing the malt to retain its natural amber hue and ensuring it is bottled at a robust 48.7% ABV in a strictly limited global release.
