The name of the distillery `Kurayhoshi` means something like `life is good`.
The Kurayoshi Distillery has a large annual temperature range on the Japan Sea side and the maturation of the spirits also progresses quickly.
`The Hakuto` means `the white rabbit` and is named after a myth from the prefecture of Tottori, where the distillery is located.
A total of 14 botanicals are used for this gin, including typical Japanese ones such as cherry blossoms, yuzus and sansho -Pepper, green tea and nashi pears.

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Sweet-spicy, fresh, complex.
Flavour: fruity, pears, notes of melon, hint of juniper, grapefruit.
Finish: long-lasting, slightly peppery.
