The Teeling BRABAZON BOTTLING Series 3 is the eagerly awaited 3rd bottling from the Brabazon bottling range of the Irish distillery Teeling, which was only filled in a limited edition of 10,000 bottles. The high-quality 14-year-old Irish whiskey was first matured in ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a three-year finish in fine Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The limited single malt Irish whiskey beguiles the nose with its delicious scent of apples, roasted nuts, plums and raisins and is wonderfully soft on the palate and on the finish. It tastes wonderfully of dark chocolate, figs, sultanas and cooked pears and ends with a dry finish.

For the third release, Teeling worked with a family-run bodega from Jerez, Spain, which has been in business for over 300 Pedro Ximénez sherry has been making for years, choosing casks that have already been in use for 90 years to finish their great whiskey.
