The third batch of Bimber Distillery convinces again with carefully selected ex-Bourbon oak casks.
Bourbon casks are made from Quercus Alba or white oak, also known as American oak. This wood species complements the underlying character of the approachable, fruity spirit, giving it sweet, rich vanilla and caramel flavors and a perfectly balanced spiciness.
Each cask is specially selected and married in Bimber Distillery's handcrafted oak barrels before bottling.
