Apogee XII whiskey from Bimber Distillery London offers an impeccable balance with complex layers of flavor resulting from the vibrant, fruity and spicy character of the ex-Bimber casks.
Some of the finest single malt whiskeys from the Highlands and Speyside are the basis of this blend. These whiskeys have been matured for a minimum of 12 years before being further enhanced through skillful, careful blending and additional aging in ex-bourbon casks.

Apogee is bottled without coloring or chill-filtration and in an eye-catching, bespoke glass bottle presented that mimics the finishes of Bimber`s small copper pot stills.

Nose: Spice pears and oven-baked apricot flan are sweetened by candy chains and perfumed with rosewater, nutmeg and ginger powder

Palate : Syrupy orchard and stone fruit provide a bright and fresh mouthfeel, supported by lightly charred oak, gentle white pepper and cooling mint
