The fourth bottling from Bimber Distillery impresses again with carefully selected ex-bourbon oak barrels. This wood complements the basic character of the approachable, fruity spirit, giving it sweet, rich vanilla and caramel flavors with perfectly balanced spice.

At the Bimber Distillery EX-BOURBON Oak Casks Batch No. 4 Single Malt London Whiskey is malt distilled from barley from a single farm in the malthouse at Warminster Malting House. Distillation takes place in Bimber's custom-made stills. The barrels used for the single malt whiskey date from 2017 and are among the oldest first-fill barrels made of American ex-bourbon oak in the Bimber Distillery.

How does the Bimber EX-BOURBON Oak Casks Batch 4 taste?

The color of the drink is golden yellow. On the nose, tropical aromas such as roasted pineapple, mango and lemon peel can be perceived, accompanied by sweet malted bread and a hint of vanilla buttercream. The taste is structured and lively, with notes of pineapple, ripe pears, toasted oak, vanilla beans and custard emerging. The finish is long-lasting and is characterized by a sweet, fruity note and gentle cinnamon notes.
