The nose reveals the scent of old ropes, peat, smoky almonds and buttery pancakes. The palate is dominated by salty notes, oak and smoke, accompanied by heather and sweet dried apples. The finish is spicy with hints of cedar wood, sea salt, lemon peel and peaches.
