Lochlea Distillery's third limited seasonal release, Fallow Edition is matured exclusively in first fill Oloroso sherry casks. Its rich, deep color and dry, fruity palate are a real treat.

Aromas of freshly baked banana bread and juicy ripe berries evolve into darker dried fruits on the nose. On the palate with notes of cinnamon, leather and malt biscuits, with delicate notes of aniseed, complemented by rose petals and chocolate on the finish.
