These malts are neither chill-filtered nor provided with color additives and are unique with their single cask bottlings.

The Strathmill Old Particular Single Cask 12 Years Old matures for 12 years in the Re-Fill Hogshead.

Nose: Sweet, lemon juice, brown sugar, fresh green apples.
Flavour: Creamy, vanilla, spices, heather honey.
