Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a Diageo bottling dedicated to the cool climate of the remote part of Scotland where the distillery is located.
This whiskey is distilled during the cold months between October and March and is therefore 'Crafted by the Cold'.
The youngest distillate of this whiskey must be at least 3 years old, on average they mature for 3 - 15 years.

Nose: Soft, sweet, honey, notes of fruits, hints of caramel, apricots, oranges and smoke.
Flavour: Sweet, fruity, honey, notes of spices, pepper, hints of Malt, molasses, mint and smoke.
Finish: Long lasting, slightly sweet, malty.
