Bere Barley is one of the oldest barley varieties from Great Britain and is a very hardy grain. It takes a lot of effort and patience to understand and recognize this old barley variety. This single malt is 100% Bere Barley and was harvested in 2010. The 10-year storage in the first-fill-American-Oak-Ex-Bourbon casks definitely makes this whiskey something special. The whiskey is bottled with pure Islay spring water and contains no color additives and no chill filtration.

Nose: Fruity , flowery, sweet smoke, lemons, oranges, notes of vanilla, caramel.
Flavour: Fruity, dried apricots, malty sweetness, caramel.
Finish: Long-lasting, smooth.
