The Compagnie des Indes Cuba Single Cask Rum 11 ans matures for 11 years in former ex-Bourbon barrels.

Nose: In the first nose, the apple stands out, covered like a tarte tatin with a touch of toasted sugar, the memory of a childhood apple compote with vanilla.
Mouth: Round and flattering, the apple is always present, then it gives way to floral scents (elderflower, orange blossom) and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish: Long and smooth.
