Chairman's Reserve St. Lucia Rum is a pot still rum distilled in 2011 by St. Lucia Distillers in their Vendôme still (which is said to produce some incredibly intriguing expressions) with cane juice. The rum was allowed to mature in a single ex-bourbon cask for nine years and was finally bottled at cask strength. The selection of this Chairman's Reserve is home to a multitude of fabulous expressions.

This rum is pleasantly spicy with notes of aromatic sandalwood and fresh culinary herbs, along with the sweetness of blackberries and marmalade. Earthy oak lingers, plus hints of gingerbread.
