This coconut brandy is made from the juice of the blossoms of the coconut palms.
It is then distilled according to an ancient recipe and then matures in Halmilla wooden barrels from Sri Lanka.

Colour: Amber.
Flavour: Sweet, fruity, coconut, notes of cinnamon.
Finish: Long-lasting.

The Ceylon is traditionally drunk Arrack with coconut water, but it also tastes very good on ice, in cola, in ginger lemonade, with ginger ale or in cocktails.
