The SBS Jamaica Rum is made in a distillery in Jamaica and, as usual, bottled without adding any kind of additives.
It matures for 8 years in an ex-bourbon cask followed by the second maturation in an ex-brandy cask: as usual with the SBS series, no chill filtration is used.
The rum has one long finish with a floral note and hints of brown sugar and pastry.
