With the Undone No. 9 Italian Aperitif Type - Not Red Vermouth, Undone presents an alternative to red vermouth. The No. 9, which comes in a 0.7 l bottle, is made from dealcoholized wine distillate and numerous herbs and spices and scores with its wonderfully bitter note.
The Undone No. 9 is characterized by its multi-faceted aromas. It is a successful mix of aromas of sweet and bitter notes reminiscent of grapes, oranges and berries and complemented by notes of Italian herbs, but also cinnamon and caramel. Like classic vermouth, the Italian Aperitif Type - Not Red Vermouth can be drunk neat or on ice, but is also a great partner for non-alcoholic cocktails and long drinks.
