The Ballykeefe Distillery has been a family business for years and is run by the Ging family.
25 years of research were necessary to build a distillery that does justice to Irish whiskey and with all the processes, both environmental and sustainability supported.
The Lady Desart Gin is produced using 12 carefully selected botanicals in Italian copper pot stills.
This extraordinary gin is refined with three rare peppers. These pods are handpicked and originally from Vietnam and Cambodia.
A tribute to Ellen Cuffe, Countess of Desart, she was an Irish politician. The Ballykeefe Distillery is still partially on their estate.
