The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills. The single malt is stored in former Oloroso sherry casks.

Color: Amber.
Nose: Honey, malt, must, dark chocolate, marzipan, fruit.
Flavour: Clean, mild, complex, honey, malt, dried fruit, sweet oils.
Finish: long-lasting, gentle and woody.
