The Milk & Honey Classic Israeli Single Malt Whiskey, made from high-quality barley based on the Scottish model, was distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills and then matured in two different types of casks over a period of three years. Carefully selected ex-bourbon casks as well as special STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) casks that were previously topped with red wine were used. The result is a pleasantly light and well-balanced Israeli whiskey that whiskey fans should definitely take note of.
