The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of the Sherry Oak range, which comprises a collection of single malt whiskeys that are exclusively matured in hand-selected sherry oak casks from Jerez, which are known for a special Richness and complexity ensure.
During the exclusive storage in Oloroso sherry oak barrels from Jerez, Spain, this rich, fruity and full-bodied fine brandy (`New Make Spirit`) transforms into a single malt with cult status.
After bottling, the aging distillate remains in the same casks for 18 years. During this time, this rich and complex single malt develops, which is characterized by mature oak, ginger and raisin tones.

Nose: Dried fruits, ginger, notes of vanilla, cinnamon.
Flavour: Smooth, full-bodied, spicy, notes of cloves, raisins, oranges and toasted mature oak.
Finish: Long persistent, dried fruit, ginger, orange peel.
