The Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength has an original cask strength of 63.5% by volume, the alcohol content is reduced to 60% by volume after 8 to 10 years due to the `Angel`s Share`.
The whiskeys are stored in former bourbon and sherry casks.
The name of the single malt `105` refers to its proof of alcohol content.
Nose: Complex, oak, apples, pears, sweet toffees.
Flavour: Dry , spicy, hint of oak, sherry, fruit.
