Bruichladdich The Organic 2009 Single Malt Scotch Whisky est un whisky non tourbé de la distillerie Bruichladdich basée sur l`île d`Islay. Il s`agit d`une édition limitée et fait partie de la collection de single malts fabriqués exclusivement à partir d`orge issue de l`agriculture biologique par Mid Coul Farms. L`utilisation d`herbicides, de pesticides et d`engrais artificiels est complètement évitée pendant la culture. L`orge du Bio 2009 a été récoltée en 2008. Le whisky a ensuite été distillé en 2009 puis vieilli pendant 8 ans dans des fûts de chêne américain ex-bourbon.
