Don Papa, one of the lesser-known heroes of the Philippine Revolution. As a foreman on a sugar cane plantation, he joined the fight for his country`s independence. He became the leader of his countrymen in driving out the conquerors from his beloved country.

Don Papa hails from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. The heroes of the revolution are honored with this extraordinary rum. It is refined from high-quality sugar cane, which grows on extremely fertile volcanic soil. It is then aged for another seven years in American oak barrels at the foot of Mount Kanloan.

Nose: Light, fruity, smooth.
Flavour: Vanilla, honey, candied fruit.
Finish: Long lasting.
