The Ron Santisima Trinidad 15 years Rum de Cuba is delivered in a 0.7 l bottle with 40.7% vol distilled from high-quality molasses from the best Cuban sugar cane. It is characterized by its special three-stage aging process, to which it owes its unique taste and special finesse. After being distilled, the distillates are first matured for a period of at least four years before the basic mixture is made. The blends then mature for another four years in new barrels, before another marriage with distillates of different ages takes place and the mixture is re-embedded in new barrels.
