For this bottling, as with Windspiel Premium Dry Gin, potatoes from regional cultivation in the Vulkaneifel are used for the base alcohol, which is refined with other botanicals.
The noble Kampot pepper from Hennes` Finest is distilled separately in potato alcohol and only then married with the gin.
