The Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whiskey distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. directed by Jim Swan and Tomer Goren.
The single malt was made in Israel - from the raw material to the distillate. It belongs to the ELEMENTS series, which consists of two other bottlings.
The storage takes place in former American bourbon barrels and in former red wine barrels.
The whiskey is bottled without chill filtration and added coloring.

Nose: Mineral, red dried fruits, ginger, oak, coconuts.
Flavour: Floral, wine aromas, oak, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting, dried fruits, raisins.
