The Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whiskey distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. directed by Jim Swan and Tomer Goren.
The Peated Single Malt was made in Israel - from the raw material to the distillate. It belongs to the ELEMENTS series, which consists of two other bottlings.
The storage takes place in former American Bourbon casks and in former Laphroaig Islay casks.
The whiskey is bottled without chill filtration and added coloring.

Nose: Fresh, smoky, earthy notes, vanilla, oak wood, lemons.
Flavour: Sweet, spicy, peat, ginger, lemons.
Finish: Long-lasting, delicate, of citrus fruits.
