The production takes place in the Fabrica de Tequila Finos distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Only blue weaver agaves are used for the Rooster Rojo Tequilas.

The Rooster Rojo Tequila AÑEJO 100% de Agave matures for at least a year in ex-Bourbon casks.

Colour: mahogany.
Nose: oak, chocolate, tobacco, coffee.
Flavour: caramel, oak, vanilla, roasted agave.
Finish: long lasting, soft, vanilla, oak.
