Alipús Mezcal originated in 1999 as a 'Social Impact Project' to support traditional producers and their land, in a number of regions.
Today, Alipús Mezcal works with nine mezcal producers in Oaxaca, all of whom contribute to the development contribute to the rural economy.
The Alipús Mezcal is made by Don Valente Ángel García and his children in San Andrés Miahuatlán, Oaxaca.
90% Maguey Espadín and 10% Maguey Bicuishe are used for the production.

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Notes of roasted agave, caramel, white flowers.
Flavour: Slight acidity, hint of wood.
Finish: Long lasting.
A wonderful accompaniment to grilled meats, BBQ and kebabs.
