Tomatin is now one of the largest distilleries in Scotland and was built in 1897 on the upper reaches of the River Findhorn.
The malt that Tomatin produces is certainly not the most complex or powerful, but it is extremely tasty. Tomatin whiskeys are usually unpeated.

The Tomatin METAL Five Virtues Series Limited Edition is dedicated to the Chinese philosophy of the 5 element theory. The philosophy describes the natural relationship between earth, man and heaven. The 5 elements include wood, fire, metal, water and earth.
The limited bottling is stored in first fill bourbon casks.
