Tomatin is now one of the largest distilleries in Scotland and was built in 1897 on the upper reaches of the River Findhorn. The malt that Tomatin produces is certainly not the most complex or powerful, but it is extremely tasty. Tomatin whiskeys are usually unpeated.
This 14-year-old malt received its finish in selected port wine casks and is neither chill-filtered nor flavored.

Nose: Sweet apples, caramel, honey , ripe berries and a hint of dark chocolate.
Flavour: complex with many fruits (peach, mango and plum as well as nuts).
Finish: long-lasting, mild and fruity.
