Tobermory distillery was founded in 1798 by John Sinclair under the name Ledaig. In 1837 the distillery closed until reopening in 1878. In 1890 the distillery changed hands, from now on it was owned by John Hopkins. Today Tobermory is the only whiskey distillery on the Isle of Mull.
Nose: Fresh, flowers, honey, vanilla, white pepper, eucalyptus.
Flavour: Sweet, floral, oak.
Finish: Long lasting, cinnamon, cooked apple, mint.
