Tobermory Distillery is located in the town of Tobermory on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. The company was founded in 1798, making it one of the oldest still active distilleries in Scotland.
In 2017 the distillery was closed for 2 years due to renovation measures.
To appropriately celebrate the opening in 2019, the Tobermory 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey was bottled.
This whiskey is aged in American oak casks for 12 years.
Nose: Brown sugar, pears, peaches, apples, cinnamon, barley.
Flavour: Malty, oily, sweetish, fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, dates, orange peel, Toffee.
