The Macallan Classic Cut 2020 is the fourth installment in the limited annual series that celebrates commitment and the exceptional while creating whiskeys with unique character.
For this edition, whiskey maker Polly Logan has chosen the optimum strength to complement the dominant sweetness and balanced aromas of the whisky.
The 2020 edition uses a combination of sherry-aged European oak and ex-bourbon casks made from American oak.

Nose: Vanilla, candied orange peel, honey, sweet sultanas, raisins, fresh oak, thyme.
Flavour: Warm ginger, sweet oranges, vanilla, honey, fresh vibrant oak.Finish: Long lasting, sweet, spicy, fresh thyme.
This whiskey is best allowed to breathe for 10-15 minutes to truly enjoy its intense aromas of orange, sweet ginger and vanilla.
