The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' specializes in single cask bottlings.
The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea of providing each bottling with the signature of a famous person.
But this plan was not implemented. The first bottling was sold before a suitable signatory could be found for the bottle.
The Signatory vintage bottlings are neither colored nor chill filtered.
This whiskey is aged in Hogshead casks for 13 years.
