The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' specializes in single cask bottlings.
The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea of providing each bottling with the signature of a famous person.
But this plan was not implemented. The first bottling was sold before a suitable signer could be found for the bottle.
This whiskey has been aged in hogsheads for 10 years and is bottled in its natural color rather than chill filtered.
