How does the Octomore 09.3 taste?

Aroma: Roasted aromas and clearly malt first develop in the nose, followed by fresh mash notes and dried herbs. Light tea and maple syrup notes are noticeable in the background.
Taste: On the palate, the whiskey begins with a pinch of syrup, followed by strong black tea and cardamom notes. Behind it, fruity tones emerge, particularly pears and nectarines. Spicy herbs and peat smoke elements float above everything.
Finish: The finish is characterized by intense smoky notes, burnt wood and rich bread, offering a lingering and distinctive finish.
