What does ...Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 2 2024 Single Malt Scotch Whisky taste like?
The nose is incredibly sticky and delicately floral, with notes of syrupy raisins, lavender, toffee apples and lime marmalade, followed by hints of Parma ham, black tea, red grapes, molasses and wood spices.
The palate shows a viscous, oily texture with notes of blackcurrant candy, black pepper, chilli jam, burnt matches, clove and nutmeg.
The finish is spicy, long-lasting and full of dark fruit.
